JOB DUTIES: 1. Responsible for total process quality management in Welding Process;2. Formulate and maintain the quality control plan and quality inspection plan in the welding process;3. Provide training to inspectors;4. Conduct quality data analysis and quality performance monitoring;5. Organize the investigation and resolution of on-site quality problems to promote quality improvement;6. Lead the quality activities for front-line quality culture promotion.BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 1. More than 3 years of working experience as a quality engineer in the construction machinery industry;2. Good data analysis ability and experience;3. Familiar with various quality tools for problem solving and quality improvement;4. Familiar with welding process, welding-related technical standards, knowledge and experience in quality inspection of welding products. CWI(Certified Welding Inspector) is preferred;5. Familiar with the principle of UT technology. UT level two qualification certificate is preferred;6. Skilled use of Office such as Excel/Power BI for data processing;7. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering;8.
